Section 1 - Annual Notice of BHS Alumni Breakfast
Your Reunion Committee does not feel it is necessary to expend postage (approx $150 per mailing) sending a hardcopy
version of this form to all class members in future years because the Alumni Breakfast is an annual event that is
publicized and does not change much from year to year. Instead, we plan to post this information on our Reunion Committee
Page (this page you are on now, http://committee.bhs60.com) on our official BHS Class of 1960 website, and update it
every year with: date of the event; ordering deadline date; price of the event; name and address to which the ticket
order form should be sent. The BHS Alumni Breakfast is generally the last Sunday on the Beverly Homecoming Schedule.
This information will generally be available on this website by April or early May for a given year's event. You
will be able to print a copy of the ticket order form, fill it out with your own information, enclose a check and
self-addressed stamped envelope for the ticket(s), and mail it to the address that appears with the order form on
the website.
If you do not have a computer with internet access, you can visit a local library which usually has computers for
such purposes and generally provides assistance to people who are not familiar with the access procedures.
Alternatively, you may instead want to get help from a friend who has internet access.
All you need to know is the address of the Reunion Committee Page (http://committee.bhs60.com)
Section 2 - Utilizing your email address as a means of communicating small and
infrequent class-related announcements
Class members who have an email address should send a message to Bill Nisbet at wfnisbet@gmail.com so that we will have
your correct current email address. Bill keeps these email addresses confidential. This should be done even if you
think Bill has your current address. Without an email address, one will soon be out of the loop, so to speak.
Again, in the interest of saving postage fees, we intend to use this method of communication when applicable in
transmitting small announcements rather than otherwise using postal mail. More than half the class has internet access,
so this can amount to a substantial savings, and it will be convenient for you - especially if you want to return a
quick reply.
When important events like reunions approach, we will always send hard-copy letter mailings to the entire class
keeping you informed about the arrangements we are making and encouraging feedback.
Section 3 - Casual Night 2011 for BHS Classes 1960-1962
When - Saturday, August 6, 2011 7 PM - 10 PM
Where - Herman Spear Post, 3 Judson Street, Beverly, MA
What - Appetizers, Cash Bar, Music, 50/50 Raffle to fund a Memorial for deceased classmates and future reunions
How much - $15 per person at the door
No reservations required
Section 4 - Announcement and Ticket Order Info for BHS61 50th Class Reunion
"Friends of the Class" that appears on the invitation definitely means us, BHS Class of 1960, we have been assured.
The date/time are Friday, August 5, 2011 6 PM - 11 PM
The venue is Tupper Manor, Endicott College, 295 Hale Street Rte 127, Beverly
The program includes: Sumptuous Italian Food; Cash Bar; Dance to "Oldies".
The price is $65 per person. Please make check out to BHS Class of 1961.
The dress is Cocktail Attire
Tupper Manor also has Hotel Availability
To make a reservation for a number of attendees, please submit the following printed information:
For each attendee, current full name and, if applicable, BHS class year;
Mailing address (for proof of reservations to be returned to class member);
Telephone number (for any needed clarifications).
Also, enclose check for $65 x total number of attendees. Please make check out to BHS Class of 1961.

Andy processes all correspondence addressed to the BHS Class of 1960 and/or our Reunion Committee.
She also handles one-on-one correspondence as needed by the Reunion Committee, and is the recording
secretary for same. In 2010, Andy helped our treasurer sell ticket reservations to our 50th reunion,
especially by sending out individual reservation acknowledgements, just like she did for our 45th
reunion back in 2005.

Lori handles all money matters for our class, such as paying bills as directed by the BHS Class of 1960
Reunion Committee, and processing donations. She was real busy in 2010 selling ticket reservations to our
50th reunion, just like she did for our 45th reunion back in 2005. Donations to BHS '60 are always welcome.
Please specify exactly what they are meant for in the memo line on your check, such as "Website Support,"
"General Class Funds," "BHS 1960 Connections Newsletter," etc. Unspecified will be added to the general fund.
