Class-Related Events for Fiftieth Reunion

Reunion Event - 6-11 PM, Friday Aug 6, 2010 at

Beverly Golf and Tennis Club

The food will be provided by the Club and will consist of a variety of hors d'oeuvres. A cash bar will be available all night. Music will be provided by either a small band or a disk jockey. We intend to keep the per-person cost to less than $50. Dress is smart casual. Check out the location at Beverly Golf and Tennis Club.

This is a traditional gathering of members of the class celebrating its 50th along with the class before (1959) and the class after (1961) to renew acquaintances and have a good time. There will be coffee, sandwiches, and dessert, and a cash bar will be available all night. Cost will be less than $10 and collected at the door. Dress is casual.

This annual event is for people who graduated from Beverly High School 50 or more years ago. Typical attendance is 400 people. Tables are reserved by class. Dress is smart casual. Check out the location at Danversport Yacht Club.

Sunday, August 8, is the final day of Beverly Homecoming Week 2010. Homecoming events will be posted at http://www.beverlyhomecoming.com.

Some of the information regarding the above class events may change slightly as the event approaches, so we will post those changes to our official website BHS60.com. Another mailing will be sent in May 2010 and will contain final information and a request for a check to cover the cost of the Reunion Event for yourself and your guests if you are planning to attend.

Our ability to plan will be enhanced if you inform us as soon as possible whether or not you will attend and how many guests will be coming with you. Please send such information to our committee secretary:

Please send your check for the Reunion Event early enough that it will be received by July 1, 2010. Your name and the names of your guests should be included in an enclosed note. We welcome donations to help cover expenses related to ongoing reunion communication and planning activities. You can add a donation amount to the above Reunion Event check or donate using a different check. To avoid confusion, clearly indicate in the check notation area what amount is a donation.
